When my husband and I were looking to purchase, our sale was not a straight forward transaction. We were looking for the most dilapidated house/property that you could find, so we could put sweat equity into it and make it what we wanted. When we came to Tracy with the property we wanted her help on she didn’t even bat an eye. She was excited for us and worked hard to make our dream become a reality, even if the vision we had wasn’t necessarily her dream 💗.

Our sale finalized a year ago and Tracy is still checking in on us from time to time and bringing us goodies. That is one thing I really love about her!
